The Alabama Southern Bankruptcy Court’s CM/ECF System will be unavailable for electronic filing on Friday, January 27, 2023 from 5:00 PM through Monday, January 30, 2023 at 8:00 AM in order to upgrade the software. During this time, electronic filers will not be able to electronically file documents in CM/ECF.
