Effective January 1, 2027, the fee for access to court records through PACER will increase from $0.10 to $0.12 per page for a period of five years. In addition, the automatic exemption for PACER fees will be raised from $30 to $40 per quarter. For more information, please see the PACER announcement regarding the fee increase.
