Due to the after-effects of Hurricane Zeta, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Alabama will be closed on October 29th, 2020.  Hearings that were scheduled today at 2:30 p.m. in front of the Honorable Jerry C. Oldshue will be continued to Thursday, November 12th at 2:30 p.m.  Counsel are asked to notify their clients of this change.
