Quarterly bankruptcy section meeting next week. The bankruptcy section will meet next Tuesday, October 15th, at 12:15 p.m. We don’t have a lunch sponsor, so the meeting will be held virtually via Teams video. Everyone who practices bankruptcy in the district is encouraged to attend. The section will apply for an hour CLE credit.
