On August 15,2022, the Court entered Miscellaneous Order 22-MO-6 Appointing Successor Chapter 13 Trustee stating in part:

NOW THEREFORE, for good cause shown, it is hereby ORDERED that subject to further orders of the Court, Christopher T. Conte is appointed, effective October 1, 2022, as Standing Trustee of all chapter 13 debtors’ proceedings now pending, or which may hereinafter be filed in this District.   Mr. Conte is assuming the responsibilities of Daniel B. O’Brien, who is retiring effective September 30, 2022. 

The address and phone number for the Chapter 13 Trustee will not be changing.  Please be patient as we make the necessary changes in CM/ECF to reflect the change of the Chapter 13 Trustee.  Congratulations to Mr. Conte on his appointment and Best Wishes to Mr. O’Brien on his retirement.
