All federal agencies, including the courts, will be closed Wednesday, December 5th, in mourning for President George H.W. Bush.   This week’s Chapter 13 dockets on Wednesday are thus cancelled (341’s on Thursday are not affected).  IMPORTANT:  Attorneys, please contact your clients immediately to let them know of the change because they will not receive mail notice before Wednesday. The judges are going to review the dockets and may rule on some unopposed motions without a hearing.  Other matters will be continued to the December 12th and 19th Chapter 13 dockets.
