Here is a redline copy of proposed changes to the local rules.  The only change which is not already part of a local administrative order is an amendment to LBR 4001-1 that would require a fact summary for all motions for relief from stay, not just those in individual cases.  Please review and send any comments to jennifer_morgan@alsb.uscourts.gov by April 10, 2026.
