Bankruptcy Section meeting on May 13, 2025

The quarterly bankruptcy section meeting luncheon will be held on Tuesday, May 13th, at noon. As usual, the meeting will be in the jury assembly room on the second floor of the new federal courthouse; go through the front door security and then take the steps up to the left.  Lunch will be provided by Moe’s BBQ and the cost will be covered by the Beasley Allen law firm.  All bankruptcy practitioners in the Southern District of Alabama are strongly encouraged to attend; attorneys will receive an hour of free CLE credit.  The meeting will also be available by video using the Microsoft Teams platform.  If you are participating via Teams, we anticipate that the meeting will start around 12:15 to give those present a chance to eat lunch.  A link for the Microsoft Teams access, agenda topics, and handouts will be provided ahead of time on the court’s website.
