The Court will be closed on the following dates:

• Thursday, December 25, 2025 (Federal Holiday)
• Friday, December 26, 2025
• Thursday, January 1, 2026 (Federal Holiday)

On Friday, January 2, 2026, the intake counter will be closed for in-person service.  Clerk’s Office staff will remain available to answer telephone calls between 8:30 and 4:30 central time.  If you have an emergency filing, please call the office at 251-441-5391 for more information.  The CM/ECF system will remain available to all registered filers 24/7.
