The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Alabama will be closed for New Year’s Day on Wednesday, January 1st, 2020.  The court will open for emergency filings only on Tuesday, December 31st.  If you have an emergency filing, please call Kelly Callicoat at 251-281-5985 to arrange a time to process your filing.  All other parties with non-emergency filings or inquiries should contact the court on Thursday, January 2nd.  The CM/ECF system will remain up and running for all electronic filings.
