The quarterly bankruptcy section meeting luncheon will be held on Tuesday, August 15th, at noon. As in May, the meeting will be in the jury assembly room on the second floor of the new federal courthouse; go through the front door security and then take the steps up to the left. Lunch will be sponsored by the McPhail Sanchez, LLC law firm at no cost to attendees. All bankruptcy practitioners in the Southern District of Alabama are strongly encouraged to attend; attorneys will receive an hour of free CLE credit. The meeting will also be available by video using the Microsoft Teams platform.
