Fees are due on the day of filing of the document.   

NOTE TO SELF-REPRESENTED DEBTORS:  Debtor may submit a money order or cashier's check made payable to "Clerk, U.S. Bankruptcy Court." The Clerk's Office does accept cash, however, the amount must be exact as we are unable to provide change. The Clerk's Office cannot accept a debtor's debit card, credit card, or personal check.

Additional Fee Information

No fees under this schedule will be charged to federal agencies or programs, which are funded from judiciary appropriations, including, but not limited to, agencies, organizations, and individuals providing services authoirzed by the Criminal Justic Act, 18 U.S.C. § 3006A.  Bankruptcy administrators appointed under Public Law No. 99-554, § 302(d)(3)(I) are also exempt from fees.
