The updated Census Bureau State Median Family Income figures and IRS Bankruptcy Allowable Living Expenses (BALE) will be posted to the US Trustee Program website on Friday, October 14, 2011, instead of October 5, 2011 (as originally reported). The effective date remains the same, and the new figures will be applied to petitions filed on or after November 1, 2011.
