Payment Policy Change Effective October 1, 2015

Beginning October 1, 2015 the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Alabama will no longer accept Cash. The following methods of payment are acceptable to settle filing
fees due:

Debtors- Cashier's check or money order.

Debtors in Possession - Business check imprinted with DIP, cashier's check, or
money order.

Attorneys- Attorneys are required to settle charges through Pay.Gov using a debit/credit card. In the occasional instance when an attorney is unable to use a debit/credit card, we will accept a check drawn on the attorney's trust account.

Non-Debtors- Credit/debit card (Pay.Gov Only), cashier's check, or money order.
