The Bankruptcy Administrator's office for the Southern District of Alabama has been notified by Leslie Linfield with the Institute for Financial Literacy that, effective immediately, they are withdrawing as an Approved Agency and Provider of pre-filing counseling and post-filing debtor education.

The Bankruptcy Administrator's office will be removing them from their approved list but in the interim the Court is issuing this Blast E-mail to all attorneys notifying them of this change.  If you have any questions, please contact Mark Zimlich at the Bankruptcy Administrator's office.
