The Electronic Case Filing System will be unavailable on Friday, April 19th, from 7:00 AM CDT until approximately 9:00 AM CDT. This scheduled shutdown is necessary in order to complete the upgrade of the ECF System to version 5.1.
The New Fee Requirement for the transfer of a claim will be effective May 1, 2013 and this feature will be implemented with ECF version 5.1. This court will use two events to complete the Transfer of Claim (Transfer of Claim and Payment for Transfer of Claim). The event is available in the courts training system for testing https://ecf-train.alsb.uscourts.gov In addition, please see the court web site http://www.alsb.uscourts.gov to review the Proposed General Order that amends the Local Rules regarding the filing of and payment for the transfer of a claim, effective May 1, 2013. The comment period will be open until April 29, 2013.
