The Bankruptcy Section of the Mobile Bar Association will meet next Thursday on May 29, 2014, at the bankruptcy court to discuss the proposed changes to procedures within the clerks' office. We will be forming a committee to review the procedural changes and this committee will meet with Judge Mahoney and Judge Shulman to discuss any concerns.
If you are member of the Bankruptcy Section of the Mobile Bar Association or practice in the bankruptcy courts of the Southern District and have an interest in discussing the proposed procedural changes then please attend.
