        Require the Filing Fee to be paid prior to case being opened

Rule 1007 - Chapter 11 - Corporate Ownership Statement, Equity Security Holders (14 days)
Rule 2016 & Rule 2017 - Disclosure of Attorney Compensation and Filing Fees

Open for Comment Period - 30 days - Objections to Claims and Negative Notice Motions - Objection periods will run.  Either a "Certification and Order" (Sample provided at Meeting) will resolve the objection or a hearing will be set after Objection deadline NOT after first objection is received.

Open Comment Period - 30 days - Auto Dismissal Orders After:
        Failure to respond to Clerk's 7 day Notice to Correct
        Failure of Debtor(s) to Appear at Continued 341/Confirmation
        Failure of Debtor(s) to provide required tax documents
        Failure of Debtor(s) to provide pay advice.
        Failure of Debtor(s) to provide all documents as required by the Trustee
        Failure of Debtor(s) to propose a feasible Chapter 13 plan.
        Failure of Debtor(s) to pay current domestic support obligations
        Failure of Debtor(s) to file summary of amendments to plan.
        Failure of Debtor(s) to make plan payments.
        Failure of Debtor(s) to comply with consent order regarding plan payments
        Failure of Debtor(s) to comply with other orders of the Court.
            Order Granting Application to Pay Filing Fees in Installments (No more Show Cause Order)
        Motion to be Dismissed as Joint Debtor
        Failure of Debtor(s) to provide a Statement of Currently Monthly Income/Means Test Form (B22) within time permitted
        Failure of Debtor(s) to provide a Credit Counseling Certificate, a Certification of Exigent Circumstances,
                    or a Motion for Exemption from Credit Counseling.
        Failure of Debtor(s) to provide a EIN/SSN with wet signature on B21 within time permitted
        Filed petition within 180 days of dismissal of a prior case with which the Court entered an order prohibiting the Debtor from being a debtor
        Failure of Debtor(s) to provide Creditor Matrix within time permitted.
        Failure of Debtor(s) to provide Statement of Schedule within time permitted.
        Trustee moved in writing, or at a hearing, orally requested dismissal in accordance with 11 .U.S.C. § 1307(c)(1) for unreasonable delay    
    

    A dismissed case because of one of the reasons listed above will prohibit Debtor(s) from filing a petition under Title 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code for 180 days from the date of dismissal. IF Filing fees have not been paid in full at the time of dismissal and the Debtor(s) fail(s) to pay the amount owed to the Court within five business days the Debtor(s) will be prohibited from filing a petition under Title 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code for 180 days from the date of dismissal.  If the Debtor(s) file(s) a subsequent bankruptcy case while prior filing fees remain outstanding, the Court will ordinarily deny any Application to Pay Filing Fees in Installments in the subsequent case.
