IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that in the event this  Court's Electronic Case Filing system is  shut down due  to  Hurricane  Isaac  the  deadlines  in  pending
cases are extended until the close of business Thursday, August 30, 2012. All Documents filed by August 30, 2012 in responce to deadlineds that  occurred while CM/ECF was shut down will be deemed timely.

Motions and cases set to be heard  on Tuesday, August 28, 2012 are reset as follows: Both Judges’
motion dockets will be held Friday,  August 31, 2012 at 8:30 a.m.
Both Judges’ adversary proceedings  are reset Friday,  August 31, 2012 at 10:00 a.m

Motions set for hearing  on Wednesday, August 29, 2012 are reset as follows:

Judge Mahoney’s docket is reset at 8:30 a.m. on Friday,  September 7, 2012. (This docket was
previously set at 10:30 a.m. on August 29, 2012)

Judge Shulman’s docket is reset at 10:30 a.m. on Friday,  September 7, 2012. (This docket was
previously set at 8:30 a.m. on August 29, 2012)

Judge  Mahoney’s  telephonic  docket  set for 8:30-10:00 a.m. on August  29, 2012 is reset as
follows:

The docket will be held on September 6, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. in Selma, Alabama

By this order, the Court is extending for cause the automatic stay in all cases in which the stay
might otherwise expire until the Court can hear any motions pertaining to a stay filed before
August 28, 2012.

If additional time is required in any other cases due to extenuating circumstances related to the
hurricane, the Court will consider these on a case-by-case basis upon properly filed motion.
